4035 - Birthday Heart.
Today I had a “Snow” Day; it was actually because the roads were icy. Instead of staying home, I went shopping and bought the ingredients to make carrot cake. Today is Craig’s birthday, I knew that he liked carrot cake and I had been craving it for a while. I decided to make a big cake for Craig, so that he could share it with all of the Miller Littles, and me. Then, because I had heart shaped pans, I made a mini heart cake for my parents. The cake is frosted with homemade cream cheese frosting and decorated with cream cheese carrots. It got 5 stars from all of the Millers.
