2350 - Angels Among Us.
Today, I baked another batch of Christmas cookies, German Raspberry Almond bars. This was a recipe that came from one of our foreign exchange students. The tricky part about the recipe is that the mesurments are by weight rather than cups. The bars are supposed to be cut into strips, but I decided to make them more festive and against my mother’s wishes, I cut them with cookie cutters. I made Angels for my sister Jessica because it’s her birthday today and and Holly because it was easy and cute. The shape in the middle was a left over from the holly. I laid the cookies out creating a snowflake design.
