4204 - FAN-tastic.
At the Hopkins parade this weekend, I got a blue fan. I thought it would make a good fan for royalty to have on their float. I brought it home and used nail polish remover and some scratching to remove the advertisement. Then I used puffy paint to add a tiara to each side of the fan. Now it is a fan fit for a queen.
