4212 - Lettuce Bake.
This years One Community One Vegetable is Lettuce. Therefore, lettuce was incorporated into the county fair. There were many options for Lettuce projects. One option was lettuce bread. When you Google 'lettuce bread's you get multiple ways to use lettuce instead of bread. Fortunately I found a recipe as well. It is basically a spice bread with lettuce pieces in it. I am not a fan, but it was fun to try.
