3096 - Tulip Time.
Despite the cold temperature of 16 Degrees, I decided to take to the snow for my project again today. Inspired by a post I saw on Facebook earlier this week, when I got to work in Winsted this afternoon, I used watercolors to “Paint” the snow with some bright tulips. If it had been warmer I maybe would have done more, as it would have been neat to see the flowers lining the entire length of the school.
