Today is Pack Your Lunch Day, because just packing your lunch isn't creative, I opted to make "sushi" rolls with my lunch. Yes, it was time consuming, but it looks kind of cool, and it tasted great! The #64millionartists challenge comes in, because I had to find a way to take the items I threw in my lunchbox and turn them into something artsy.
